리플(XRP) 월렛 시스템 점검으로 인하여 리플(XRP) 입출금 서비스를 일시 중단합니다.

점검이 완료되면 입출금을 재개할 예정이며, 본 공지를 통하여 서비스 재개를 업데이트 하겠습니다.

**[유의사항]**

- 입출금 지원 중단 기간 동안 해당 디지털 자산에 대한 입금 반환 절차는 일시 중단되며, 입출금 지원 재개 시점 이후 순차적으로 반환 처리됩니다.

- 입출금 중단이 발생한 경우, 네트워크 혼잡 등의 사유로 입금 처리에 지연이 발생할 수 있으며 블록체인 네트워크상 트랜잭션의 컨펌 완료 시점과 입금 반영 시점에 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 월렛 점검, 네트워크 점검 등의 예정되지 않은 점검의 경우, 공지 이전 또는 이후 일부 블록체인 네트워크에서 입출금이 발생할 수 있으나 당사 월렛 시스템 처리 상황에 따라 점검 기간 중에는 정상 처리가 불가하며 점검이 종료된 이후 확인 과정을 거쳐 순차적으로 처리되므로 회원 계정에 반영 처리가 지연될 수 있습니다.

The Deposit/Withdrawal service for XRP will be suspended to conduct maintenance on the XRP wallet system.

Once the maintenance of the XRP wallet system is completed, we will reopen the services.

**[Notes]**

- During the suspension of deposit/withdrawal, the deposit return process is temporarily stopped. The deposit return process will be supported and processed sequentially after the deposit/withdrawal resumption.

- Deposits may be delayed after the deposit/withdrawal suspension due to network congestion, etc and there might be a difference between the completion of blockchain network transaction confirmation and the actual deposit reflection.

- In the case of unexpected maintenance such as wallet and network maintenance, deposits/ withdrawals may occur in some blockchain networks before or after the announcement. The deposit/withdrawal will not be processed during the announced maintenance period and once the maintenance is completed, the deposit/withdrawal will be processed in sequential order.
