- 유의 종목 지정 후 2주일 간 업비트는 해당 디지털 자산에 대한 자세한 검토를 통해 최종 거래 지원 종료 여부를 판단할 예정입니다.

- 소명 절차 및 검토 과정에서 유의 종목 지정 검토 기간이 연장될 수 있으며, 검토 기간의 연장이 있을 시 본 공지를 통해 알려드리겠습니다.

- 해당 검토 기간 동안 유의 종목 지정 사유가 완벽히 소명되지 않을 경우, 업비트는 별도의 공지를 통해 거래 지원 종료에 대한 안내를 진행할 예정이며, 정확한 거래 지원 종료 일정은 거래 지원 종료 공지를 통해 안내 드릴 예정입니다.

- 유의 종목으로 지정된 디지털 자산은 본 공지 게시 시점 이후 입금하실 수 없습니다.

**[Trade] Investment Warning (BASIC)**

Dear Upbit users,

We hereby announce that BASIC(Basic) has been flagged with Investment Warning by Digital Asset eXchange Association(DAXA). DAXA may jointly take measures such as urging investment caution/caution, flagging of investment warning, and termination of market support for investor protection.

Following is the detailed reason for flagging. If you are a BASIC holder, please refer to the following details.

- Reason :

- Upbit has confirmed long-standing suspicions raised by the media and the community regarding BASIC's issuing company and its key executives. In light of this, Upbit is conducting a process of substantiation regarding the allegations and the current state of the business of BASIC. As a cautionary measure, Upbit is flagging an investment warning on BASIC.

**[Following steps after the flagging of Investment Warning]**

- For two weeks after designation of investment warning, Upbit will conduct a detailed review of the digital asset to determine whether the market support will be continued.

- The review period may be extended during the clarification process and review process, and if there is an extension of the review period, we will notify the investors through this notice.

- If the reason for Investment Warning is not fully resolved during the review period, Upbit will issue a new announcement regarding the end of market support and its schedule.

- Digital assets flagged with Investment Warning cannot be deposited after the issuance of the corresponding announcement.

- Flagging of Investment Warning and ending of market support is strictly followed by [Upbit Post Market Support Monitoring System](https://static.upbit.com/guide/market_policy_close.pdf).

- Please take extra caution when making an investment following the flagging of investment warning. If the market price and volume of certain digital assets show great volatility, DAXA can jointly take measures such as urging investor's attention, flagging investment warning and terminating market support.
